Terms of Service

The agreement between you and us when you use radr.

Effective 28 October 2026

About these terms

radr is run by Arcturus Business Solutions, India ("we", "us"). These terms cover tryradr.com, app.tryradr.com, demo.tryradr.com and the Chrome extension "radr for LinkedIn" (together, "radr"). By creating an account or using radr, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use radr for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so; "you" then means the company too.

Who can use radr

radr is for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Give us true account details, keep your password private, and tell us at info@arcturusbusiness.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

What radr does

radr reads what you sell, looks for organizations that show a public sign of needing it, finds a person to contact there, looks up how to reach them, and drafts a first message. With your approval it can send messages from your own mailbox or LinkedIn account, and it shows you the replies.

You approve what is sent, and you are the sender. radr prepares; it does not send a first message or start a sequence for anyone until you approve it. Sequences you start may send the follow-up steps you set, on the schedule you set, until the person replies or you stop them.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. What each plan includes, and its limits (such as companies found per month, people followed, and emails per day), are on the Pricing page and may change; we will tell you before a change reduces what you already pay for.

Paid plans are arranged directly with our team for now: contact us and we agree the plan, price and payment with you. Taxes are added where the law requires. When a paid plan ends or is not paid, the account moves back to Free, and anything above Free's limits stops working until you upgrade again.

New mailboxes start with a small number of emails a day and grow each day, to protect your mailbox from being marked as spam. This may limit how much you can send at first.

How you may use radr

You agree to use radr lawfully and fairly. In particular, you will:

  • follow the laws that apply to your outreach and to the personal data radr finds for you, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in India and, where they apply, anti-spam and data protection laws such as CAN-SPAM and the GDPR;
  • write to people about something genuinely relevant to their work, say who you are, and honour every request to stop;
  • follow the terms of the services you connect, including LinkedIn's User Agreement and the terms of Google and Microsoft;
  • read and check what radr prepares before you approve it.

You will not:

  • send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or anything deceptive, harassing, defamatory or illegal;
  • contact people on your do-not-contact list, or try to get around radr's sending limits or do-not-contact list;
  • use radr to target people for reasons unrelated to business, or to collect data about private individuals;
  • resell or share access to radr, or copy, scrape or reverse-engineer it;
  • try to break, overload or get around radr's security, or reach another customer's data;
  • upload anything you do not have the right to use.

AI research can be wrong

radr's research, scores, contact details and drafts are made by software, including AI, from public information. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. A worked-out email address may not exist, and a company's sign of need may not mean it will buy. Check what matters before you rely on it or send it.

Connected accounts

When you connect a mailbox or LinkedIn account, you let radr act on that account as described in the app and our Privacy Policy. You must own the account or be allowed to use it this way. You can disconnect it at any time.

LinkedIn: LinkedIn's own terms limit automated use of accounts, and LinkedIn may warn, limit or restrict accounts it believes are automated. radr keeps to daily limits you control, but we cannot promise LinkedIn will not act on your account. You use radr with LinkedIn at your own risk and are responsible for your account.

Email: what you send affects your mailbox's and your domain's reputation. Your mail provider may limit or block your mailbox if it receives complaints. You are responsible for what you send.

Your content and data

What you put into radr, and what radr makes for you, belongs to you. You let us store and process it only to provide radr to you, as our Privacy Policy describes. You can ask us for a copy of it, and you can delete your account at any time.

radr itself, its software, design and name belong to us. These terms give you the right to use radr while your account is open; they do not give you any other rights in it.

No guarantee of results

radr helps you find and contact possible customers. We do not promise any number of leads, replies, meetings or sales, or that any person or company will respond.

Availability and changes

We work to keep radr running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during updates, or when a service it depends on (such as our hosting, AI provider, Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn) fails or changes. We may change, add or remove features. We will not remove a feature you pay for without telling you first.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using radr and delete your account at any time from Account in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or radr at risk, or that we are required by law to stop. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. When an account is closed, its workspace is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

radr is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give no promises beyond those in these terms, including any implied promises that radr will meet your needs, be error-free, or be fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business or lost data, or for what happens to your mailbox or LinkedIn account because of messages you approved. Our total liability for any claim relating to radr is limited to the amount you paid us for radr in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹5,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of messages you sent with radr, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in radr before they take effect. If you keep using radr after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please write to us at info@arcturusbusiness.com so we can try to solve it together.
